1. Contact Fred to make sure the wood turning item you want to buy is still available. Or, to discuss a new custom item to be created just for you.
2. New custom work requires a 50% deposit to be receved prior to starting custom work. When your item is ready for delivery either drop by the shop to pick it up OR request shipping to your address for the additional actual cost of the shipping and insurance. The 50% balance amount is collected at the time of pickup or prior to shipping. Your personal check or a bank money order or cash in person are acceptable payment methods.
3. When items are shipped to you the UPS forecasted delivery date and tracking number will be emailed to your attention.
